I got blasted earlier today for taking the most important part of a person's -spoken words- and putting them up as a title for people to see what the crux of the article / interview is. I.E. - get to the point. People want you to sugar coat things and make them soft and fluffy when it sheds a negative (seemingly0 light on their product of choice, but things were never like that pre-KILLZONE II for SNE. We're talking about simple symantics here....I mean did he not say that?
you could've told me that KZII would surpass Halo 3's popularity on paper last week and I would've spent an eternity denying it. This is all so, so surreal as it did exceed it to our eyes and definitely now on paper. I think this is one of those "defining moments" in gaming lore history that only comes around every once and a while. Someone pinch me or better yet, just hit me over the head with a skillet.

Thanks Peter, it definitely is one of the reasons why I bought my PS3's, but admittedly, never thought it would reach these proportions when I was playing the original three years ago. Wait a minute - I think I see Guerilla's stock splitting as we speak. J/K Good read.

Ok, seriously, their goal is to sell the remaining PS3's in NA to deplete the remaining inventory and keep the larger model on shelves. I don't see how this is bad since they're really starting to move units now with this drop and there will probably be an even more robust pricing stratgegy come Christmas. [Let's just say, I'm sure of it].

I still don't see how a man or woman's comments can automatically be labeled bullsh1t simply because of the company or organization they tend to be affiliated with. Let's not miss the larger issue at play here which is that SCEE is trying to push the 360 out of the way in Europe despite the SNE console having a higher pp compared to it's worldwide counterpart...

it would be a mistake to think that no one is going to "remember" the E3 '07 KZII trailer. Kind of like another infamous trailer from E3 '05 (that NO ONE forgot) except that the latest version was all REAL.
So it's safe to say that NO one is going to foget the last KZII trailer and people ARE going to buy Halo 3. That's more accurate, yeah? =]
